Cancellation and Reactivation
Cancelling Your Subscription
1. Go to Account → Billing 2. Click Cancel Subscription 3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
4. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter (free) plan
What happens when you cancel:
Your website stays online on the free plan
Custom domains are disconnected
SEO features and data may be removed
Images beyond the free plan limit may become hidden (not deleted)
Reactivating
You can resubscribe at any time
Choose the same or a different plan
Your content and settings are preserved
Custom domain can be reconnected
For existing Users coming from the Vsble 1.0 version that have no cancel option or where cancellation fails.
The old subscriptions are active under a different instance and were mapped to the new plans with new features while keeping the "old" price.
To cancel or existing subscription you would need to reach out to [email protected] and ask for cancellation of your plan by indicating your email associated with the account to be cancelled as well as your website URL.
Please note that once you cancel your old price for the subscription you can only resubscribe to new pricing structure at new prices.
All existing users have been mapped at their old rates to the new plans as follows.
Basic / Starter to Starter
Pro and Lifetime PRO to Creator ( but with unlimited uploads)
Pro and PRO MAX to Studio ( but with unlimited uploads)
We don't delete your data when you cancel — your work is always safe.
