Creating share links
Click Share on any project to open the Share dialog. The dialog is organized into tabs that control how visitors experience your gallery.
Sharing options
The sharing window is organized in tabs on the left and settings on the right
Custom URL slug — choose a friendly link like `/share/yourname/wedding-jane-tom`.
Password protection — optional, asked once per visitor session
Expiry — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or never.
Download options : Allow high-res download ( original resolution of the uploaded file), Low -Res files ( automatically created low-res files of 1400px) , both or neither for preview only.
Language — set the gallery default interface language - your clients can change it also later in their browser.
Default sort order — The order that is default set when the gallery loads- user can change the order, but it will reset to the option you set here, when the page reloads.

Filename A-Z
Preview watermark: You can set a custom watermark, that will appear on preview and added to the download image, if you set downloads to be allowed.
Visitor identity
Decide whether visitors must identify themselves before viewing or interacting:
Not required — fully anonymous - user sees contents directly.
Optional — visitors can leave a name if they want before viewing gallery
Required — name (and optionally email) is required to open the gallery.
Require identity for actions — visitors can browse anonymously but must identify themselves before rating, flagging, commenting, or downloading.
In Any case users can add their name on top right of their shared link if they want to or change it.
Open Graph (social previews)
Customize how the link looks when pasted into messengers and social media:

Footer links
Add a personal/business footer to your gallery:
Social icon style: Black, White, or Coloured
Common social platforms (Instagram, etc.)
Custom links to your website or portfolio
Sending the link
Copy link to share manually.
Send via email through the built-in email composer (EmailShareDialog).
