Custom flags & badges
Flags and badges let visitors mark their selections — perfect for client picks, retoucher rounds, and team reviews. Therare global badges- that appear on all projects when shared, and custom project specific that can be created specifically for the shared project and only appear within that folder or project - if you want specific flags for specific project, that do not appear on other projects.
Default flags
Every gallery includes four default flags, that are accessible from the account menu and can be updated from there or added as global new flags as well.

You can hide any of them per share link if you don't need them for a particular project.
Custom badges
Add your own badges with a custom label and colour in the link sharing popup window settings - these can be added for each shared link separately and will be visible only for shared link across the project and now in other projects :
Global — manage at your account settings. These apply to every new share link by default- but you can also disable them when sharing a link.
Per-link override — open the Custom Badges tab in the Share dialog to use a different set just for that link.
Each badge has a label and a colour picked with the ColorPicker.
Filtering
Inside the gallery, visitors and you can filter by:
Flag — show only files marked Yes / No / Maybe / Final / your custom badges.
Star rating — 0 to 5 stars.
