Collaboration: scribble, comments, activity & filtering
The collaboration tools turn a gallery into a two-way review session with your client or team.

Open any image to see three tabs:
Comments — threaded discussion per file
Activity — who did what and when
Info — file metadata
Ratings, flags & badges
Stars (0–5) and flags are visible directly on thumbnails (StarFlagOverlay).
Custom badges defined globally or per link appear alongside the defaults.
Scribble mode
Draw directly on the image to point out changes.
Pick a colour for your strokes.
Save the scribble as a comment with the drawing attached.
Filter visible scribbles by author, so each reviewer can isolate their own marks.
Comments
Threaded per file, with timestamp and visitor identity.
Stay tied to that file across the whole project history.
Activity log
The Activity tab shows a chronological feed of:
Visits
Ratings
Flags
Comments
Scribbles
Downloads
Each entry includes the country flag (geo-located from the visitor's IP) and a relative time (e.g. "2h ago").
Filtering the gallery
Filter the work area by:
Flag
Star rating
Files with comments
By person (Medium tier and higher)
Notification digest
Get a summary of all gallery activity by email — see Account Settings to choose hourly, daily, or weekly delivery and pick which event types to include.
Bulk selection
Select multiple files to:
Delete in bulk
Move to another folder
Copy filenames in editor-specific formats
Bulk rename
