Refund Policy

Why does Vsble not offer refunds?

Vsble offers a 14-day free trial so you can test the platform before any payment is taken.

During the trial, you can:

  • explore the editor

  • test the features

  • compare plans

  • decide if Vsble is right for you

  • cancel before the trial ends

Because of this free trial, we do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has started.

How the 14-day trial works

When you start a Vsble trial, you get 14 days to test the platform before being charged.

You are free to cancel the trial at any time during those 14 days.

If you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will not continue into a paid plan and you will not be charged.

Do I get a reminder before the trial ends?

Yes.

We notify users 7 days into the trial that the subscription will automatically continue as a paid plan when the trial ends.

This gives you enough time to decide whether you want to continue or cancel before any payment is taken.

Can I cancel right after signing up?

Yes.

You can cancel your trial directly after signing up.

Your account will remain active during the trial period, but the subscription will not renew into a paid plan after the trial ends.

This is the safest option if you want to test Vsble without worrying about being charged later.

Why are paid subscriptions non-refundable?

Once a paid subscription starts, payment processing fees are created.

These include credit card fees and transaction fees. These fees are charged to us by payment providers and are usually not returned to us when a refund is issued.

So even if we refund a payment, Vsble still has to pay parts of the processing cost.

If refunds were offered as a general rule, these costs would quickly add up and make the pricing unfair for everyone.

That is why Vsble gives users a free trial before payment, instead of offering refunds after payment.

What should I do if I do not want to be charged?

Cancel your trial before the 14-day trial ends.

You can do this at any time during the trial.

Once cancelled, the trial will not turn into a paid subscription.

What if I forgot to cancel?

If the trial ends and the subscription starts, the payment is considered valid and non-refundable.

This is why we provide:

  • a 14-day free trial

  • the option to cancel anytime

  • a reminder during the trial

  • clear subscription information before the paid plan begins

The responsibility to cancel before the trial ends stays with the user.

What can I do instead of requesting a refund?

If your current plan is too large or includes features you do not need, you still have options.

1. Downgrade to a smaller plan

You can switch to a lower plan that better matches your needs.

For example:

Creator Plan
Good if you need one full website with unlimited pages.

Starter Plan
A simpler portfolio option with fewer advanced features, but still enough for many users to showcase their work.

2. Keep unused value through proration

If you downgrade, the unused value of your current subscription is usually prorated.

This means the remaining value is not simply lost.

Instead, it can be applied to your lower plan, so you may not need to pay again for some time.

Depending on the plan difference, this can cover several months of usage.

3. Use the remaining value as account time

In some cases, the remaining value can be used so your account stays active longer on a lower plan.

This way, you still receive the value of what you paid, just through continued usage instead of a refund.

In simple terms

Vsble gives you 14 days to test before paying.

You can cancel during the trial at any time.

We remind you during the trial that the paid subscription will start.

Once the paid subscription starts, payments are non-refundable.

If the plan is too large, you can downgrade.

Unused subscription value is usually handled through proration, so it is not simply lost.
