Getting Started with Calendar

What is the Calendar?

The Calendar lets people book time with you directly — without back-and-forth emails. You decide what kind of meetings you offer, when you are available, and where the meeting takes place. Visitors pick a time, fill in their details, and both of you receive a confirmation with a calendar invite.

Where to find it

In your dashboard, open Calendar from the left sidebar. You will see these sections:

  • Dashboard — a quick overview of upcoming bookings.

  • Event Types — the meetings you offer (for example "30-min intro call").

  • Availability — the days and hours when you can be booked.

  • Bookings — the list of everyone who has booked you.

  • Integrations — connect Google Calendar or Outlook so busy times are blocked automatically.

  • Custom Domain — show your booking page on your own domain.

  • Settings — your time zone, name, and which website your Calendar belongs to.

The 4 steps to go live

  1. Set your Availability (working hours).

  2. Create at least one Event Type.

  3. (Recommended) Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so you never get double-booked.

  4. Share your booking link — or add a Calendar page to your website.

Each of these steps has its own help article below.
