Setting Your Availability

What is the Availability schedule?

Your availability tells the Calendar when people can book you. The booking page will only show free slots that fall inside these hours.

Set your weekly hours

  1. Open Calendar → Availability.

  2. For each day of the week, switch it on or off.

  3. For active days, add one or more time blocks — for example 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00.

  4. Click Save.

Multiple schedules

You can have several schedules — for example Working hours and Evenings only. Then, on each Event Type, pick which schedule to use. This lets you offer different events at different times.

Date overrides (days off / special hours)

Need to block a holiday or open Saturday just this once? Add a date override:

  • Pick the date.

  • Either turn it off completely (day off), or set custom hours just for that day.

Overrides always win over the weekly hours.

Things to keep in mind

  • Hours are stored in your time zone (see your Settings). Visitors will see them automatically converted to their time zone.

  • If you connect Google or Outlook, real events in those calendars are also blocked — even if they fall inside your working hours.
