Sharing an Event Type as a Link

Every Event Type has its own link

Once you have created an Event Type, you can share it anywhere — in an email, a chat message, your email signature, or your Instagram bio.

Copy the link

  1. Open Calendar → Event Types.

  2. Find the event you want to share.

  3. Click the Copy link icon next to it.

The link looks like getvsble.com/b/your-slug/event-slug, or if you connected a custom domain, like book.yourdomain.com/event-slug.

Two ways to share

  • Direct event link — takes the visitor straight to the calendar for that specific event. Best when you already know which meeting you want them to book.

  • Picker page — takes the visitor to a page that lists all your active events, and they pick one. The URL is just getvsble.com/b/your-slug (no event slug at the end).

Where to put it

  • In your email signature — "Want to chat? Pick a time: link"

  • In your Instagram / LinkedIn bio — use the picker page so visitors can choose.

  • As a button on a partner’s website.

  • In a follow-up email after a discovery call.

What the visitor sees

Your name, your photo (from the website you linked), the description of the event, the duration, and a calendar with available slots in their own time zone. After they pick a slot they fill in name, email and any custom questions, then they get an instant confirmation email with a calendar invite.
