My website is not reachable — is Vsble down?
In almost all cases: No.
If your website is not reachable through your custom domain, the issue is usually not Vsble, but your domain/DNS connection.
Your Vsble website has its own original Vsble URL, for example:
yourname.vsble.me
or
yourname.getvsble.com
This original Vsble URL is the first thing you should check.
If this URL works, your website is online.
That means Vsble is working and your website is not down.
In that case, the problem is almost certainly your custom domain connection.
Step 1: Check your original Vsble website URL
Log in to your Vsble account and check your original Vsble website address. By going to account dropdown of the website, Domain & Legal.
It usually looks like this:
yourname.vsble.me
or
yourname.getvsble.com
Open this URL in your browser.
If this URL opens, your website is live.
Your custom domain may still not work, but this means the website itself is online.
Step 2: Check if your custom domain points to the correct IP
Go to:
Enter your custom domain without www, for example:
yourdomain.com
Then check it again with www, for example:
Both versions must point to this IP address:
77.83.141.231
This is important.
Your root domain and your www domain are two separate DNS entries. Both need to be correct.
Step 3: If the IP is wrong, update your DNS settings
If DNS Checker does not show this IP:
77.83.141.231
then your domain is still connected incorrectly.
You need to log in to your domain provider. This may be where you bought your domain, for example IONOS, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Strato, United Domains, or another provider.
Then update the DNS records for:
yourdomain.com
and
www.yourdomain.com
Both must point to:
77.83.141.231
After changing DNS settings, it can take some time until the change is visible everywhere. This is called DNS propagation.
Step 4: Check DNS Checker again
After updating your DNS settings, go back to:
Check both versions again:
yourdomain.com
and
www.yourdomain.com
Only when both point to:
77.83.141.231
is your domain correctly prepared.
Step 5: Connect the domain inside your Vsble account
After the DNS records are correct, go back to your Vsble account.
Open your website settings and enter your custom domain in the domain connection area.
Then save/connect the domain.
Once the DNS is correct and the domain is connected in Vsble, your custom domain should work again.
Important: Your website is not down if the Vsble URL works
If your original Vsble URL works, for example:
yourname.vsble.me
or
yourname.getvsble.com
then your website is online.
In this case, the issue is not a server outage. The issue is your custom domain connection.
Custom domains are controlled through your DNS provider. That means the domain owner is responsible for keeping the DNS settings correct.
If you bought your domain through Vsble
If you purchased your domain through Vsble, go to:
Log in to the Vsble domains dashboard.
Then open the DNS settings and update the records for both:
@ / root domain
and
www
Both should point to:
77.83.141.231

Check Vsble system status
You can always check the current Vsble platform status here:
If the status page shows that Vsble is operational and your original Vsble URL works, then the issue is your custom domain/DNS setup.
